- Insurance: We advise participants to have travel and hotel insurance for unforeseen circumstances like cancellations, weather, illness, etc.
- Deposit and Refunds: Full refunds are given for cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior. After this, all class payments are forfeited but can be used for product purchases.
- Cancellation: Due to unforseen circumstances we reserve the right to cancel the workshop at any time. If so, all payments will be refunded.
- Liability Waiver: Participants indemnify OzMosaics of any workshop-related injuries.
- Photography: No photos allowed unless permission is granted. Any shared photos must reference OzMosaics, Sandy Robertson ©.
Photos are not to be shared on social media, You Tube, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter) or other mosaic workshops, conferences etc without our permission. - Intellectual Property: All workshop materials are OzMosaics’ intellectual property and are copyrighted. Students may use the project information for their personal use only. Students may not use the workshop project, notes, photos, videos etc for any other purpose, including their own workshops, other artist's workshops, conferences, meetings, community groups, facebook groups, social media etc, phtocopied, photographed, sold or reproduced, without our permission. All Sandys tips and tricks are © and permission must be granted for reproduction or sharing.
