Mosaic glass artworks from Sandy's glass Paragon Kiln

OzMosaics, always bringing something fresh, innovative and exciting to the mosaic world!
glass-mosaic-tesserae-kiln-paragon-leafI love my Paragon Kiln and this beauty emerged straight from the oven tonight!

Share precious moments and memories with a piece of mOzMELTS hand cut and constructed by Sandy Robertson.  Recently, Sandy surprised a close friend with stunning glass leaves, made from champagne bottles of special girlfriend moments over the last 30 years.  The leaves reside in a very special treasure case - a unique and unusual gift for someone very special.  Sandy combines her imagination with mosaic skills and flair to bring exciting tesserae and glass mosaics to her students, customers and clients.

Imagine this gorgeous fern frond mounted on a timber frame, a rock or glass base as a gift or trophy.  Souvenirs our specialty!

Sandy Says:

.... I love my Greenery collection of fine art glass tesserae, which I will use in future mosaics.

It's always very exciting to see what pops out of my kiln, I am testing lots of firing schedules and combinations of glass.  It's my other passion besides mosaics!  It's just a glass sideline at the moment but I hope to sell these beauties and for now they are so lovely to look at.  Everyone who has held them loves them.

If you have a wine bottle or glass bottle from a special occasion, contact OzMosaics to have it transformed into a precious keepsake to display or put in a mosaic.  Surprise someone you love with a special mosaic glass memento!  Keep bottles from your wedding, anniversary, christening party, 21st, 18th, birthdays any celebration.  Send Sandy a special photo, the wine or special moments bottle/bottles and see what she can give you with one of these gorgeous beauties (each one an original) gracefully set on a photo frame or support board.

Endless possibilities, I will share some lovely tips and tricks and more in the online school, coming soon.
