It's been a very busy week! Mosaic madness reigns.
The dressing table is looking very "posh" and almost covered in mosaic.
To complete the "mosaic setting" a dressing table chair, mosaic wedding chapel, cake stand and cakes and other accessories are under way.
My students yesterday at the OzMosaics beginner workshop, were given a little sneak peek at the work in progress and were rather stunned! This was a good reaction.
I am not sharing any more photos until I complete the mosaic project, hopefully by this Thursday.
The work in progress videos and photos will be available in due course on my online school. Students will be able to follow every step of the way and there are many tips and tricks!
My students yesterday were so excited when I shared some very interesting mosaic "short cuts" and I am happy for them to take this knowledge home with them and run with it.
This coming weekend we have a booked out Beginner workshop and the weekend after a Saturday and Sunday workshop, fuly booked. The smalti workshop has once place available at the time of writing this blog.
It's certainly a very busy mosaic life here at Studio OzMosaics and it's made possible by our wonderful customers, clients, students, Facebook friends and mosaic addict mates! Thank you all for being part of my mosaic life.
Have a happy mosaic day! Check out our webshop for the new MozMilli! It's a new milli, smooth and great for inclusion in your mosaic artworks and a very affordable price. Buy 100 gms for $10.00. You can cut it in half with your Leps if you wish the sparkly interior to emerge.
